![]() Meet with department heads to discuss and identify opportunities to increase efficiency of point of sales system. Maintain a price level structure based on Corporate approved menus and matrixes to distinguish prices based on outlet, tier, and meal period. Maintain pricing with price level models, report categories and menu item groups to ensure accuracy. Ensure all configuration requests are authorized additions, changes or deletions. Ensure compliance with the company’s database and reporting standards. Partner with Point of Sales vendor personnel to ensure system integrity. Responsible for the configuration of all Food and Beverage aspects of the Point of Sales system including, but not limited to: POS terminals, POS printers, screens, menu items, price levels, profit centers, financials and employees. This position will work directly with Corporate Food and Beverage and Property Food and Beverage Operations to manage, maintain and configure all Food and Beverage aspects of the point of sales systems.
